During the initial consultation, the seller and I went room by room determining what I wanted to use for staging, what the client wanted to keep, and what would be donated. The seller then used my recommendations to remove the unnecessary items before I returned for the final staging. Overall, we repurposed furniture, artwork, and accessories. We removed old rugs and thinned out books to lighten the home and give it a fresh perspective.

The house was under contract within two weeks after listing — and sold at full price.
