This project is an example of the consultation staging services I now offer in response to the pandemic. Instead of physically going to this jewelbox bungalow, I worked with the client via video chat, emails, and over the phone. Following an easy-to-employ process, I walked the client through the steps of preparing her home for both the MLS images and for sale. Starting with pics of the home followed by a video walk through, I made extensive notes and recommendations on what to remove, repurpose, and rearrange. The client did the physical work, while I provided guidance and support through the whole process.

By paring down the furniture and editing the artwork on display to just a few examples, the scale of the home really opened up and allowed the rooms to speak for themselves. Throughout the consultation, I helped the seller see her home from the perspective of a potential buyer, revealing the home’s potential. The client was extremely happy with the entire process — and the home had an offer (over the asking price) in just a few days after going to market.
