A very busy family of three, with a four year old, was in desperate need to prepare their home to sell in today’s market. With an open house on Sunday and their house competing against several in their price range they knew they needed help. Together we created a plan and packed away personal belongings, removed oversize furnishings, and other items not needed on a daily basis. We de-personalized, de-cluttered, and re-purposed accessories and brought in appropriately sized furnishings to enhance the rooms.

This staged home now maximizes its potential and showcases the spacious rooms and is ready to welcome potential buyers on Sunday. It is the perfect home for a single person or couple in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown.

This family is ready to sell their home quickly and move into a larger home for their growing family. Their agent from Barker Realty, Kathy de la Torre will host an open house tomorrow, Sunday, August 3rd from 9:30am-12:30pm at 833 Osito Place..
