De-Cluttered Transformation

De-Cluttered Transformation

Recently a homeowner contacted me to assist her in staging her home to sell, which had been on the market for several weeks. Together we went from room-to-room to de-personalize and de-clutter, repurpose artwork and accessories, plus rearrange her furnishings to maximize the floor plan and show how spacious the house is.

The results? A remarkable transformation that focuses on the floor plan, showcases the wonderful features of the home and highlights the potential for a family to enjoy the home as much as she has. There is a beautiful outdoor patio, with mature trees and landscaping, plus the potential of wonderful outdoor entertaining possibilities.

Her agent, Paul Stenberg of Sotheby’s will be hosting an Open House this Sunday from 1-4pm, if you’re in the market for a new home or want to see how great this house is, check it out. MLS201400599
